Before you order: four quick checks

• Match the numbers: compare K57-L5896, 2040272029 with the numbers printed on your old thermostat or given in the manual of your appliance.
• Check the capillary: the length of the tube is not listed, so measure the capillary of your old thermostat and tell us before you order.
• Check the appliance: this one is listed for the refrigerator (AEG). Send us the make and model of your appliance so that we can confirm the match.
• Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before you replace the thermostat, and handle the capillary tube with care: a kinked or cut tube damages the thermostat. Send a photo of the old thermostat and its markings on WhatsApp and we confirm the match.
