Marathon X212 Double Shafted Blower Motor, 5-5/8" Dia., 1/6 HP, Sears and Whirlpool OEM Replacement

The right frame, shaft, speed and voltage are what matter when you replace a blower motor. If you need a PSC (permanent split capacitor) blower motor, the Marathon X212 Double Shafted Blower Motor, 5-5/8" Dia., 1/6 HP, Sears and Whirlpool OEM Replacement is the one to ask about.

A blower motor drives the fan or blower wheel that moves air through the equipment, so a replacement must match the old motor in size, speed, voltage and rotation.

Before you order: four quick checks

• Match the dimensions: motor diameter 5-5/8" (142.88 mm), shaft 1/2" (12.7 mm) diameter and 2.75" x 4" (69.85 x 101.6 mm) long, frame 48Y, mounting stud. Compare them with your old motor before you order.
• Check the electrical data: 1/6 HP, 1100 RPM, 230 V, 60 Hz, single phase, 1.1 A. They must match the nameplate of your old motor.
• Check the rotation and the mounting position: a double shafted motor, mounting orientation horizontal, 3 speeds. Capacitor: 5 MFD, 370 VAC required.
• Isolate and lock out the power before working on a motor, and discharge its capacitor before you touch the terminals. Send a photo of the nameplate of the old motor on WhatsApp and we confirm the match.
