Before you order: four quick checks

• Match the model code: compare the code on your old thermostat with XR202.
• Match the supply voltage and the wiring: the listing gives no supply voltage; check the voltage and the terminals printed on your old thermostat and on the unit, because a wrong voltage or wiring can damage the thermostat or the unit.
• Check the system: send us the model of your unit and a photo of the wiring of the old thermostat on WhatsApp, and we confirm the match.
• Switch off the power at the isolator before you remove the old thermostat, label the wires, and have the work done by a qualified technician.
